1. Main Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect customer assets brought in for loans or pawning (motorbikes, phones, laptops, gold, watches, etc.).
• Evaluate the condition and determine the value of assets according to company standards.
• Take photos and enter asset information into the system following the process.
• Coordinate with sales staff and tellers during consulting and loan disbursement.
• Ensure objective appraisal, comply with regulations, and minimize risks.
• Safely store assets in the warehouse following safety procedures.

2. Working Hours:

• Rotating shifts weekly, 6 days per week.
• Morning shift: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).
• Afternoon shift: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).
• 1 flexible day off per week, public holidays off as per government regulations.

• Male, aged 20–35, high school graduate or above.
• Good health, honest, careful, and detail-oriented.
• Able to use a smartphone, take photos, and perform basic operations with management software.
• Preference given to candidates with knowledge or experience in phone, electronics, motorbikes, finance, or pawnshop industries.

• Basic salary: 6 – 8 million VND/month.
• Performance bonus for appraisal, monthly business support bonus.

• After 2 months probation, sign labor contract and full social insurance (SI) and health insurance (HI) coverage.
• Internal health insurance up to 10 million VND/year.
• Career development path to Appraisal Team Leader or Transaction Office Manager for good performers.
