Recruiting Sales staff

A. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Job Responsibilities:

  • Advise customers on financial service packages (quick loans, pawning valuable assets, etc.) that suit their needs.
  • Care for and follow up customer dossiers, support customers in completing documents to transfer to the appraisal department.
  • Coordinate with the transaction office to ensure the loan process runs smoothly and as committed.
  • Proactively search for and approach customers in the assigned area who need loans or pawn services.
  • Record customer needs and feedback, and update information into the system.
  • Participate in local marketing activities and support brand development of Y99 such as distributing flyers, giving gifts, referral programs (when requested).

2. Working Hours:

  • Work 6 days a week, with 1 flexible day off (not fixed on weekends).
  • Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break).
  • Public holidays and Tet off as per government regulations.

B. JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or above, age 18–35, good appearance is an advantage.
  • Confident in communication and persuasive in consulting customers.
  • Proactive, hardworking, willing to travel and meet customers.
  • Honest and responsible in work.
  • Basic computer skills (form filling, data entry, customer tracking in the system).
  • Experience in consulting, sales, or finance is a plus.

C. BENEFITS

1. Income:

  • Base salary: from 6,000,000 VND/month
  • Lunch allowance: 770,000 VND/month
  • Commission: unlimited, based on the number of successfully consulted customers
