1. Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate all activities of the transaction office (TO): customer reception, document processing, loan disbursement, debt collection, and asset management.
• Ensure monthly/quarterly sales targets for the TO are met.
• Manage, train, and supervise the performance of TO staff (tellers, sales, security, etc.).
• Check and ensure accuracy in financial transactions, loan documents, and pawned assets.
• Coordinate with supporting departments to handle issues related to customers, finance, and operations.
• Prepare periodic reports on business and operational status of the TO for the regional management board.

2. Working Hours:

• Work 6 days per week, 1 flexible day off.
• Working hours: 08:00 AM – 05:30 PM (1-hour lunch break).
• Public holidays and Tet off as per government regulations.

• College/University graduate in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Age 25–40, preferably with at least 1 year of management experience in store/financial transaction office/pawnshop/bank.
• Strong leadership, good communication skills, and flexible problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of loan/pawn/personal credit products is an advantage.
• Honest and responsible.
• Preference given to candidates with experience at F88, T99, Vietmoney, or similar industries.

• Base salary from 10 to 15 million VND/month (depending on capability).
• Sales bonus based on TO’s performance (team bonus).
